the virtual tablet of irma tre by marie lecrivain

The Virtual Tablet of Irma Tre explores the correlation between poetry and alchemy through a series of alphabetized poetic vignettes, and evocative photography. Additionally, the poems of this collective speak directly to the reader’s past, present, and future selves. Exploring the idea of reincarnation, Lecrivain expresses the importance of evolving the Self for a greater good through catharsis and cognizance.

I have to say up front that I’m a fan of Marie Lecrivain, but I hadn’t heard of this book until I ran across it in the Amazon suggestions – my bad!

a, b, c, d and e are the first five texts (the title of each one follows the alphabetical order) and they are immensely charming, a whole lot of fun. A prime example of an excellent story writing.

Stories with a bonus: we get four intelligent photos.

    Five delightful stories (poems)…

    The last words: t, u, v, w, x/y, z; more three photos.

All in all, “The Virtual Tablet of Irma Tre” is no ordinary book. It’s a voyage that will take you to places you didn’t expect. Don’t try to explain it, just let yourself go. If you’re looking for a linear plot, then this book isn’t for you. But if you want to experience something different, then by all means, buy the book.

    Ambition defines this book.
